Contact 7 Form Not Working

What do you mean by “the forms stopped working”? What problems do you see?

I can’t submit the form whether the form include recaptcha or not.

Get an error: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

On the console I get:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

Uncaught ReferenceError: grecaptcha is not defined at (index):506

I also have the same issue. I have re-install cf7 version 5.0, then the submit button can been clicked. But I still get an error: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”. Although I don’t get the red alert in backend.

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

I have been getting a lot of Spam recently with recaptcha v2
I installed new version and recaptcha v3. I know that I am not supposed to see anything. Form works, but a lot of spam comes.

What are my options?

I disabled the plugins and cache, and couldn’t still submit the form. I’d appreciate help please.

@takayukiste, sorry about all these messages. I removed the recaptcha keys from the Integration panel and the forms are now working. Please advise what I should do next. Thank you in advance.

I’m having the same issue. The forms work without the V3 keys set up, but once I add them, I get the “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” message with an orange border.

This does not occur with the default theme, so it must be something with our custom theme, but I don’t know what the difference is, and what I can do to fix it.

Yes, sure. But this does not help us. I am currently considering switching alls sites to “Simple Basic Contact Form”.
