Contact 7 form won’t send mail, “Error”

    I’m trying to get Contact Form 7 to work on website. The plugin is not currently integrated with ReCaptcha, but site is using another plugin called Better WordPress Recaptcha. If the Recaptcha is deactivated, the border is red. If recaptcha is activated, the border is orange.

    WP Mail SMTP, upon email test, says:

    An issue was detected.
    This means your test email was unable to be sent.
    Typically this error is returned for one of the following reasons:
    – Plugin settings are incorrect (wrong SMTP settings, invalid Mailer configuration, etc).
    – Your web server is blocking the connection.
    – Your host is rejecting the connection.

    If I use Post SMTP Email/Test Log, it says success, and emails go through.
