Contact 7 is not emailing to any address

  • Up on test your form on this page I got the “message sent successfully” confirmation.

    There is a link at the bottom of the page to a comprehensive and detailed article which covers many issues. Most people that work through this information appear to be able to resolve their email sending & receiving issues.

    On the contact 7 email issues it says…. If you are unable to send emails from this plugin, it is likely that you are unable to send emails from WordPress in general.

    I have two forms on the same site with the same data and one is working, the other is not. How do you explain that? Please see OP for details. Thanks!

    Your in ability to receive emails from your form may be one several reasons including “not able to send emails from WordPress in general”. See the link in my earlier reply for a host of issues.

    Secondly, scripts and style-sheets which are loaded on one wordpress page may be different from the other pages even though they are on the same website. When a script is loaded on a page where it is not needed, the extra Javascript could cause a Javascript coflict which may prevent your form from functioning the way it is supposed to. This issue could cause one not working whiles the other works just fine even though they are on the same websites.

    @arro there is no contact form on this page.
