Contact 7 – multiple forms on same page – one submit button

I have two forms on the same page – one form to collect Name,email,etc, the other form to collect “Interested In” checkboxes. I’d like to have one submit button and include fields from both forms.
Is that possible?
(I’ve already included the fields from the Interested In form, in the email being sent – but it didn’t include the fields – just my [fieldName] text)
