Contact 7 subject line

  • I love this plug in but when I send a test form with [Name] in the ‘from field’ I just get a @ symbol in the ‘from field’ when the email is delivered. I’ve used [Name] in the form.

    Does anyone know why this is?

  • Try:

    [your-name] <[your-email]>

    You need to use the same label used in the form. The default is set to [your-name] has Seacoast pointed out, but if you changed it, make sure you use the same thing in the reply area.

    Thanks for your responses but sorry that didn’t work. I am definitely using the same label used in the form. I tried changing the form label back to the default and changed the label in mail field back to the defaul but now I just get an email with ‘wordpress’ in the ‘from field.’
