Contact Agent Form

I need help with the Agents contact form under the property, I fill it in and send but it doesn’t come through. Is there anywhere else that I need to fill in the email address that it must go to? I have put the email address in the Agents section. There are certain Agent plugins that I have deactivated that aren’t needed, which plugins do I need to activate for this contact form to work.
