Just started using your plugin to collect contact info via popup. Currently running FluentCRM ver. Version 2.8.45? and WordPRess 6.5.2. When I view Contacts dashboard the name column is blank. If I open a contact, I can see first & last name.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @dcbaker

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with contact names not displaying in the “Contacts” dashboard.

    Let’s troubleshoot this together:

    1. Please check for any plugin conflicts by disabling all other plugins except for FluentCRM. If the names start showing up, please reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the conflict.
    2. While the page is loading and the names are not showing, open the browser console by pressing “Ctrl+Shift+J” (Windows) or “Cmd+Opt+J” (Mac). If you see any errors or warnings, please provide me with a screenshot or the error messages so I can further investigate.

Please let me know what happens.
    Thank you.

Sorry for the delayed response. Here is the output from the console window while contact list is loading. I don’t see any errors that relate to my issue. Here is the screenshot.

I disabled all plugins and repeated my testing. Same issue.

I have more detail on the problem. I filled out the registration popup form with the following data.

The contact list shows the following. Notice the name data is missing.

If I open the contact created by the popup submission, I see the following with no name info.

If I select the Fluent Form > my form > Entries, I see the following indicating the name information being sent to the backend.

The first name and last name data is being sent into FluentCRM as evidenced by the data being displayed in the Fluent Form Entries data. The name is not making into the name fields of the Contact details form.

    Hello @dcbaker,

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with the “Name” column being blank in the Contacts dashboard of our plugin. After reviewing your initial description and additional details, I believe that the most likely cause is an incorrect mapping between FluentCRM and Fluent Forms.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    • Open the mapping settings in both FluentCRM and Fluent Forms.
    • Verify that the following fields are correctly mapped:
      • FluentCRM: First Name, Last Name
      • Fluent Forms: Your first name, Your last name
    • If any of these mappings are incorrect, correct them and save the settings.

After you have updated the mapping settings, please check the Contacts dashboard to see if the “Name” column is now populated.

    Additional Information

For more information on mapping fields between FluentCRM and Fluent Forms, please refer to the following guide: https://fluentcrm.com/docs/opt-in-forms-advanced-configuration/#primary-mapping

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
