Hello,

Are all recommended plugins installed (see in documentation here)?
Because it looks like “Redux framework” isn’t working.

Redux definitely installed and activated – but so too are quite a few other plugins from a previous theme. Would one of them be over-riding Redux or causing it to not work? Worth deactivating and seeing if that works, trial and error? Thanks for quick reply too. Thanks, Colin

That could definitely help.
And you should also check if inside “Maskitto Light Options” / “Header” everything is enabled.

hi again – think i’ve cracked the menu issue but not the social buttons. I had a few different menus set up, and even though the Primary Navigation button was check, it still took the first menu in the drop-down list. So I just amended that one and it works fine now.

No idea about getting the social buttons and email address at the top though. Any ideas?!

Do you have latest version (1.1.7) of theme installed?
We tested theme in blank WordPress installation and we can’t replicate the issue. You can try by deleting “Redux framework” plugin, then installing and activating it again. Also changing some settings can fix the problem.

Please let us know, how it works.

Hi, still no luck i’m afraid. latest theme, uninstalled and reinstalled redux. you mentioned changing some settings, which ones?

On your demo page you’ve got the email address above the logo, and social buttons above the menu. It’s this I want to replicate – any ideas how.

How did you get that extra layer above the logo and menu row?

Was it a header image perhaps?
