    After the latest update, the “contact details” drop down button stopped working. Any ideas about how to fix it?

    Hey @le13gy – could you please help us to know which “contact details” drop down button you are referring to? Also is the issue started after latest Jetpack plugin update?

    A screenshot would be super helpful as well.

    Hello again and thanks for replying. When you click on a contact already created (to edit), there is a drop down button sayin “contact details” and from there was possible to add transactions etc and associate them to the created client/contact.
    I think, the last time that worked correctly was before the latest plugin update.

    Hi there, I tested the dropdown button on a test site and I can see the list of actions:

    Are you able to see the list? Or the issue is related to any of the actions included there?

    Can you open the developer tools and see if there is any errors when you try to open the dropdown?

    Then select the “Console” tab and click on the dropdown. If you see an error message, please share it with us.

    Hello again, the button is not clickable at all, so i cannot see the list of actions. I opened the dev tools and no error was presented at the console tab.

    Is there any chance that this issue has to do with some other installed plugin creating conflict? The strange fact is, that the past month we havent installed any new plugins to the website, so i cannot tell what made the difference.

    Hi @le13gy,

    It sounds like a potential conflict with another plugin or theme. Even if no new plugins were installed, updates to existing ones can sometimes cause issues. I recommend checking for conflicts by temporarily deactivating other plugins and switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three. If the issue resolves, reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.
