Contact email

  • Hi,

    I found a strange behaviour when setting up the Email address for receiving forms – I don’t get the emails when using my domain name email ([email protected]).

    If I use a simple Gmail address – I receive the emails no problem.

    I checked my domain email for receiving and sending emails and it works just fine.

    Any ideas?

    This could have something to do with your website’s SMTP settings. Are you using a SMTP plugin?

    No, not using any extra plugins.
    Gmail works fine though…

    You would need to get your host to do a trace, our plugin doesn’t do anything special it’s just using the core wordpress mail functions so if your site can’t send emails to a custom email then you would be able to see why in an email trace that your hosting can help with.
