Contact emails not being received

    I am using COBLOCKS. I don’t think I downloaded the plugin, but I am using eCommerce Catalog so it was probably downloaded as part of the eCommerce plugin or Catalog Me! theme installation.

    When I fill out a test contact request on my website contact page, it is not received by my business email address.

    My business email address is the admin and contact email address on my website.

    I employed the security tool in eCommerce that is supposed to send the contact email through a Phoenix, AZ, address to my business email address.

    Any suggestions are appreciated.

    This plugin is not a part of eCommerce Product Catalog or the Catalog Me! theme.

    You should ask for support on the Coblocks forum.
