Contact form

  • Hi,

    I am making a website for a client and it’s already live but her contactform doesn’t work.

    It is not sending emails to her inbox. I tested it as well by changing the email to my inbox.

    What to do?

    Thanks for helping but it isn’t working. I don’t think i’m using it wrong

    My contactform is made by i-amaze and i can’t change it.

    I tried different email accounts now and still nothing.

    1. check your spam folder
    2. try sending with a mail id from same server. means senders mail id should look like “someone@baltazaradvocatuur.nl”. If works, your server is filtering mails with mail id from different server.
    3. you can use Custom Page Section with 3rd party mailer form.

    Let me know if number 2 works, we will add option to use different mail id from same server as senders mail. we are adding option to replace the current “contact us” mail form with 3rd party shortcode in next version. next version should roll out in next 2-3 days.

    Hi Marsian,

    I tried number 2 but it doesn’t work.

    I am already using the custom page section so I can’t use that one for a 3rd party form.

    Any other options?

    wait for 2-3 days we will release next version with 3rd party contact form shortcode

    or if you are willing to test the beta version i will upload it somewhere?

    Do you have a better idea?
    What can I do to let the contact form work?

    Hi same problem with the contact form – doesn’t work for me either.
