    Hi @baxter89

If you want the form to send email, then yes it is required to setup SMTP.
For more detail, you can check it here : https://gutenverse.com/docs/how-to-setup-smtp/

    Hello,
I tested sending mail with plugins like Contact Form 7 and WP Form, I don’t receive the mail, it’s normal.
    Thanks

    Hi @baxter89

Could you send me the screenshot of how the form looks like?
And how the form settings looks like?
If you use Contact form 7 and WP Form while using form designed from our plugins, this will not work.
Our plugin have it’s own system for forms, which means it’s not relied on other form plugins. It just relied on an SMTP setup from other plugins.

    Hello,
I had an error in my address, I redid the test to send mail, when I use the plugin’s Form Builder, the mail goes to the Form -> Entries section.
If I deactivate Form Builder and use the Contact Form 7 plugin for example, I receive Mail correctly.
I think the problem is related that I don’t have an SMTP Plugin to install, to manage Form Builder.
    Thank you

That might be the case, you need to use smtp plugin for our form to work.
Glad to hear you found the solution.
