I need to create an order form without a payment option, it has 19 product options and each one needs a quantity option.
The min order is 25 items so I need a total items ordered.
I want to have the product with a checkbox and next to that a dropdown of 1-10

How do I do this with the multi select and all options are displayed in the received email?
