Contact Form 7 404 problem

  • Hi John,

    Someone had the same issue few weeks ago, and the issue stemmd for the slug. Could you check if the slug remained as “upcp-product-inquiry-form”? It needs to be exactly it for the form to display correctly.

    We were able to fix it by simply deactivating and then reactivating the contact form from the “Options” tab.
