Contact Form 7 Add Additional Inputs option

  • is there away to allow people completing the form to choose to add more inputs

    im trying to do online entry to a competition
    a school can enter a group of students but want the option that if there are more then 5 they can add an additional inputs for another student

    cant seam to find a plugin for this
