Contact Form 7 and Contact Form DB

  • Hi i am building a website. Where basically i have these 2 pages as main functions.

    1. Donor registration Form. (a new interest person submits his details with name, number, blood group, location etc…) – Using Contact Form 7. submissions are stored in contact form db.

    2. Donor Information Form (a person who is in need of blood requests donor information by submitting Name, required blood group, location ) – Using Contact Form 7. submissions are stored in contact form db.

    So these are 2 separate forms in different pages. What I want is… i need to know how to use contact form db to get the data from form 1 for the inquired fields of form 2.

    Ex: i want to display in page 2 (aftere where form 2 is submitted)
    somebosy from Kerala requests for a AB+ blood group.

    So from the data collected via form 1 (donor registration form) it should show in page 2 Name, mobile number, blood group, location.

    So basically i want to show results for query generated from form 2 from the data stored via form 1?

    Is there a way with contact form db? or any other plugin available for wordpress?
