    Hi there

have just installed the contact form on my website and customised the fields to what I would like.

The theme I am using is Spun which adopts opacity settings which mean that the boxes of each field name are currently quite faint. I have created a child theme to get rid of this. However the contact form si inheriting the parent theme’s appearance settings.

I’d like to change 2 things: a) the colour of the send button to match my logo and b) the boxes of the fields are very light so i need to change opacity and or colour

Where can I make these changes? I don’t really want to mess with the contact form 7 code. Will it be somewhere in my parent theme folder?

    thanks
    polly

    changed code in child theme

    thanks

Could you perhaps explain how you did this? I am struggling with the same thing.

    Hi roymichaelh

as far as I remember I used firebug to find the code and then
changed it to what I wanted and copied it within my child theme file

    good luck!
    ??
