Contact form 7 and WP simple shopping cart

Hi Admins,

Is there any chance that i can get the Quantity input on contact fillup form and show it on the shopping cart quantity? for example

Name: George
Email: [email protected]
Quantity: 2

then that quantity input i automatically show on shopping cart when i hit the add to cart.
