Contact Form 7 attaching files from a mobile device

Is there any way to attach a file from a mobile device? For example, if the user has dropbox is there a way to view the dropbox files and select one to upload from the mobile version of the form? My form currently only offers photos and videos for upload when the user clicks on Choose File (even though the only file types I’ve specified are doc, docx, and pdf). This may be beyond the scope of the plugin, but does anyone have any suggestions?
