Contact Form 7 attachment error

    Ive setup this form on the page https://72solutions.com.ph/about-us/job-application/ and I am trying to figure out what causes the error. Here is the backend code of the Contact Form.

    Can anyone post a fix for this please?

    Anyone? I also tested my one of my previous contact form made without the attachments and it also could not send. I get this error “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
