What other plugins do you use on the site?

Just the Theme plugins, Salient core, wp-bakery, Nectar slider and Duplicate changes.
It only affects the page where the nectar slider is. you can check the other pages, and they are working fine.

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

I get it now. So, it’s probably not the contact form7 because when I changed the theme the form was shown. I feel bad about this. That I might need to change the form plugin. I already did ask the support of the theme about this too. Hope they could fix it.

I’d want to point out that in Salient demo has wpcf7 as contact form (so your it must be a borderline case hope it’s fixed in a short time)
