contact form 7 can't upload files added like jquery clone html input type file

I need to add dynamic fields to contact form 7 using jquery, that’s why tags are added with html code.

My problem is that,

when I submit my form, all inputs type text are posted, but others type file aren’t! Because cf7 upload file basing on the tag name of the shortcode.

How to recode the file.php and make it get html tags?
or may be have you any suggestion to resolve this problem
