• Hello

    Contact form 7 kept saying it couldn’t send any message…
    it checked with firebug, this was my output.
    {“mailSent”:false,”into”:”#wpcf7-f9-p223-o1″,”captcha”:null,”message”:”Het bericht kon niet worden verstuurd. Probeer het later nog eens. Of neem telefonisch contact op.”}

    the weird thing is I have never set a captcha, is there any place you’d normally set a captcha where I might be able to disable it?

    It’s a normal behavior. Not weird, nothing to do with your issue.

    This does not seem like expected behavior.

    I have had a form for over a year working fine but now it is failing on captcha validation that is not on the page. Before I go an rip that code out is there a setting to resolve this issue.

    Nvm. After doing some digging I found the real issue.

    captcha: null is just in the result (for no good reason) and is not processed in the validate method. That error looks exactly like mine (just in Dutch) which was resolved but fixing my SMTP settings.
