    This is the first time I’ve seen someone explain their case on video, it’s great! Just be careful not to display sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords, etc.

    Back to your question: Contact Form 7 inherits the styles of your theme and does not include a visual form builder. To change the styles (typography, colors, etc.) you need to use CSS code, which you have to write in a CSS stylesheet of a child theme (recommended) or in the WordPress Customizer.
