Contact Forms not sending

On our websites estimate request page, found here-https://www.insulatetosave.com/free-estimate/ we are having issues with the contact forms sending. I am unable to get a form submission to go though, and the only time we do get them end up being spam emails like the one below. I’ve tried creating an entirely new form, but this didn’t work either. Would appreciate some help here. Thanks.
