Contact Form 7 CSS and JS not loading

Hello,

I am facing an issue with contact form 7 latest version that it does not load my CSS and JS. It gives me 409 Conflict Errors.

I have tried every possible thing i can, but enable to resolve this issue.

Also roll back to previous version, but it again shows same errors.

ERRORS ON ADMIN PANEL I AM GETTING :
