Contact Form 7 Datepicker (getting started)

Hi All, I’m trying to get this plugin working. I installed the plugin and activated it, but when I load the page, all that shows up is an input field. Regardless of the settings, the calendar never displays, nor does clicking the input field activate the calendar.

Can someone help me get this plugin working?
