Contact Form 7 – (dis)appearing options. How?

  • I have integrated Contact Form 7 into my website.
    There are many options, but what I need to do is:

    X Radiobuttons: choice 1, choice 2
    Y Radiobuttons: choice 1, choice 2
    Text field.

    If you pick choice 1 from X, then you see both choices from Y, but if you pick choice 2 from X, then choice 2 from Y will disappear, but Text field below will appear (and it’s not seen by default)

    Any ideas?
