• My client just informed me, that she is not receiving any mails sent by a form on her website. Some updates ago it was still working.

    I deactivated some other plugins that maybe happen to be the problem (as f.e. recaptcha, akismet, complianz etc). But still there are no mails coming in from the forms.

    There’s also no error in the consoleLog. After sending the form there’s also no error and the confirmation text occurs.

    Any idea? as it worked before i dont understand why it’s not working now. any updates that could have caused the problem?

    Hi, me too the same problem, i think it’s the global error propably.

    I have a solution, download version 5.6.4 – the new version has a problem with the form ID number.

    After installing the old version, it works without any problems. ??

    What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

    To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

    It showed a configuration error on the MAIL tab when saving the form after changes, and everything was set ok – on another website I have the same form setting in version 5.6.4 and it works, after the update, no emails were sent.

    The browser console does not show any errors, the server logs do not detect anything. WordPress is the latest and php 7.4.

    In my case, the form is on the contact subpage and on the home page.

    my settings in the tab “mail” are correct and excactly like written in the blog entry. I can’t imagine that there is something wrong with my settings as everything already worked before. In my opinion there must be an issue with the last update(s).
