Contact Form 7 don’t send emails

I install Disable REST API and WP REST API Controller plugins but noting help.

Do you need those plugins? If so, why?

If I know my WordPress functions, currently WordPress Rest API also requires the active file “xmlrpc.php”.

Some deactivated xmlrpc because it still used by hackers to spam the logins.

Hello. I have similiar problem.
Contact Form does not send queries only on the mobile version of the site. I checked and the problem is on Firefox, Chrome is ok.
