Which version of WordPress and which version of the Contact Form 7 plugin do you use on the site?

My version Contact form 7 is 5.2 and WordPress version is 5.4.10

Update them first.

I did update to wordpress and it cracked my theme. Then i restored the website.

Any idea?

It solved the problem for email send. I would like to ask about the recaptcha v3 in contact form 7 there is any plugin to insert the tag in contact forms?
