Contact form 7 dynamic content

Hi,
Im just getting crazy, and trying to contact anyone in the planet that can help me… I got this customer that wants the exact same functionallity this guy has on his website (and as far as i could investigate, he has done this with Contact form 7) https://www.ccschool.info/admissions/student-application-process/student-application-request/
The problem is i have no clue where to start from or what to do, but i need the same thing he has for students information, but in my case is just 3 dropdowns with different currency names, and when click the button “add another currency, then it duplicates the 3 dropdowns from the top but empty to be ready to input different content. And then when ever the user submits the whole form, have all the details of the different currencies?
Example:
Bank 1: Euro, Dollar, Peso
Bank 2: Peso, Canadian Dolar, Yen
Bank 3: …..
