Contact form 7 emails not working on iis8

  • I have built a wordpress site on windows server, iis 8. I have latest version of wordpress, and i am using MultiPurpose theme of ThemeMotive.
    During work i have noticed that i am not able to send emails from contact form 7.
    Kindly note: Before moving site on windows server contact form 7 was working (linux server).
    As well, I have tried WP Mail SMTP plugin to config SMTP server, but no results at all. I have checked all php configurations and they work fine, as i use dedicated server, did tests of SMTP from server side and it results ok.

    What would you suggest? I would appreciate a lot a guide step by step.
