contact form 7 entries not feeding in HubSpot contacts/non-hubspot form entries

    Hi there,

    I’ve used this plugin for storing all of the contact form 7 entries into non-hubspot forms submissions and contacts.

    There are more than 100 entries submitted in different contact forms of the site till now but none of them have been stored in hubspot.

    And when I tried and do testing from my system or from any other device then its tracking the entry but its not tracking for other users. Daily 7-8 entries have been submitted but none are tracked.

    I’ve shared the website details in the email ([email protected]).

    Hi Manisha,

    Thanks for writing to us.

    I created a test entry in the form and it did get captured and sent to Hubspot as expected.

    Could you confirm if you’re searching in the right portal?

    The form should get tracked as non-hubspot form “.wpcf7-form, .contact_form_identifier_hubspot, .submitting”

    You could also enable a notification for form submissions for debugging.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    yes, the entry got tracked in the hubspot. But the problem is, there are lots of entries which is submitted from contact form
    we can see the records of those submissions on admin side but not a single entry got captured in hubspot. Can you please tell me that why those are not capturing in hubspot? OR are there any factor which is not fulfilling and therefore entry is not capturing coz when we are trying then it got captured but when other website visitors are trying then it is not capturing. The submitted contact entries are also in hundreds not 1 or 2 which are not capturing.

    Hi @manishamakhija,

    The form submission is working as expected whenever I try as an external visitor.

    Could you record a HAR file of an instance when the form submission is unsuccessful? That could help debug the issue.

    Also, please check if you have any anti-spam plugin installed that is preventing the submissions.

    Its not related to unsuccessful form submission. Users have successfully submitted the forms and their entries have been stored in database via “contact form entries” plugin.

    Yes, there is sucuri security plugin but I think it is not restricting the spam entries because the spam entries are already there in the database.

    Is Hubspot has some mechanism of restricting spam entries OR not capturing bot/script entries OR something similar?

    Hi @manishamakhija,
    Yes Hubspot has mechanism to prevent spam entries or bot/scripts submissions

    Also note that Hubspot does not sync submissions that happened before installing the plugin.
