Contact form 7 error trying to send your message

    Hello,

    I set up a email form and followed the steps from the documentation. Like in the documentation I put at from: wordpress@(name website).com. I am wondering if this is correct. The documentation says: This field value should be an email address that belongs to the same domain as the web site. Otherwise you’ll get a configuration error.
    I don’t know 100% sure what e-mail I should fill out, does wordpress@(name website) even exist?
    When testing the form I get this error in a red box: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    I already checked with my server, but everything should be ok.

    Please let me know what I am doing wrong here.

    I have same problem with this error message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    I just started a new WP installation on a new domain.

    it works well when I use from email as [email protected], but when I change it to [email protected] it is not working anymore. We use exhange email server form microsoft.
