Contact form 7 field left blank ajax to alert pop up

hi, as you can see the contact form 7 now has ajax texts that goes visible when a required field is left blank. i want all of these ajax to be an alert box that says something similar instead. how do i tweak the javascript file? thank you so much for help i really need this hack now. thank you.
