Contact Form 7 – Field Lines Messed Up

My fields are messed up. Below the Your Name (required) text, there is a blank field for typing one’s name – just as it should be. However, the next set of text, i.e., Your Email (required) is off to the RIGHT of the blank field INSTEAD of being above it. I have uninstalled the plug-in and re-installed it, but that didn’t fix the issue. My URL is: https://www.joyceauteri.com Please feel free to take a look and let me know how to fix this.
