Contact Form 7 File Attachments Not Downloading

I am using Contact Form 7 to create a simple form to accept picture uploads. The attachments send just fine through e-mail, but when I try to download the file by clicking the link in Contact Form DB submission list, I’m redirected to a page that simply says “No such file.” What could be the problems? Thanks in advance for all suggestions.
