contact form 7 + Honeypot more secure?

  • Hello all,
    I have a question about Honeypot.
    I get spam from time to time.

    I use wordpress in combination with contact form 7 and honeypot, I used the following integration of honeypot

    [honeypot website]
    [honeypot text]
    [honeypot subject]

    the integration of recaptcha is not possible, because I have to comply with the European DSGVO and the integration of 3 providers (google fonts) is not allowed.

    I would appreciate tips on how to make my form even more secure

    I am using the plugins “Contact Form 7 Spam Killer” plus “Honeypot for Contact Form 7” and have very good results!

    @yvsso2023: I am using CF7 in combination with Contact Form 7 Image Captcha (which does not violate GDPR) and Honeypot for Contact Form 7, like you. This helps against spam bots, but manually entered spam messages still come through from time to time. I learned to live with this situation.
