Contact Form 7: how to make reCAPTCHA enable Acceptance

I’m building a Contact Form 7 form. It includes both the Acceptance checkbox and the new google reCAPTCHA.

The Acceptance checkbox works and the setup sends an email. The reCAPTCHA seems to be hooked up with the API keys and working.

Right now, the Acceptance click enables the submit button, whether or not the reCAPTCHA has been validated.

Questions:

How do I make the submit button be disabled until BOTH the reCAPTCHA is validated AND the acceptance checkbox is clicked?
