Contact Form 7. I get the message about success sending, but no email there.

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

Every form on the website is using Contact Form 7 plugin, and every form is having the same problem. For example you can open modal-window with a form by clicking this button

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

Yes, I followed the rulles of setting mail. My mail configuration is:

The email settings have no problem. Which one is the email address at which you don’t receive the message? Or, both?

Two of those plugins have the non-English name. So, names in English are “Yandex.Turbo” and “File upload form for the plugin Contact Form 7”

Try deactivating WP Mail SMTP and check to see if you’ll get the same response.

Your site seems to depend on WP Mail SMTP to send emails. The possibilities have been narrowed down to the followings:

• Misconfiguration of WP Mail SMTP causes email delivery to unexpected destination.
• WP Mail SMTP interferes in wp_mail() and makes it return true even in email failure situations.
• Spam filter on your email client.

In any case, I recommend you once check this FAQ: I see a response message “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

Thank you for answers, but I couldn’t resolve the problem by following all the ways. Sorry, we decided to stop using Contact Form 7.
