Contact Form 7 if checked show Yes, else show No

In the form, I have

[checkbox tech-solution-services default:1 
"I would like to know more|Yes"]

In Mail, I have

I would like to know more
- [tech-solution-services]

Right now the mail received is showing “Yes” when the checkbox is checked. But how do I show “No” if the checkbox is not checked?
