Contact Form 7 in use with checkbox

  • Using the checkbox form of Contact Form 7 and it works very well for my needs. It creates a multi-recipient contact form that allows our web visitors to reach out to one or several of our club officers and functions without disclosing our officer’s private email address. Just what I wanted.

  • I installed this plugin and wanted to create checkboxes. I inserted this code on the page:

    Select Country (required)
    [checkbox* your-country use_label_element “China” “India” “San Marino”]

    Select Sports
    [radio your-sports label_first default:2 “Football” “Tennis” “Pole-vault”]

    Select Fruit (required)
    [checkbox* your-fruit exclusive “Apple” “Banana” “Grape”]

    Select Browser (required)
    [select* your-browser include_blank “Firefox” “Safari” “Opera” “Lynx”]

    Select Ghkdsjdf
    [select your-ghkdsjdf multiple “fsdfs” “klgjfk” “vdrie”]

    But it just shows the code. I’m sure it is my lack of experience with this plugin.
