• I am running the latest versions of WordPress, Contact Form 7 and your plugin. When I modify the following shortcode from

    [contact-form-7 id=”129″ title=”Request Demo”]

    to

    [zoholead contact-form-7 id=”129″]

    or

    [zoholead contact-form-7 id=”129″ title=”Request Demo”]

I do not get my contact 7 form and fields but rather what I believe to be the default zoholead form.

How can I integrate the plugin with Contact Form 7 and do I need to make any edits to Contact Form 7 so they both can speak to each other and pass the proper fields to the crm?

Out of curiosity I tried submitting the form that the short code created (Not the contact 7 form) and it gave me know indication that my content had been submitted successfully. I did log into zoho and saw my entry (numerous time from me hitting submit and not realizing it was doing anything) although I did not see the Comments field. I thought perhaps it would have shown up in the description field as that was the only memo field.

Any help to put me on the right path would be appreciated.

It should be [zoholead contact-form-7_id=”129″] .You missed the underscore ‘_’ before ‘id’.

Maybe I just don’t understand how this plugin works. Please look at these screen grabs and let me know what I’m not doing right.

Step One: Use form established in Contact Form 7

Step Two: Use Shortcode that links Contact Form and CRM Link

Step Three: Review Output from Shortcode

As you can see, I have the Contact Form 7 form, I’m using the shortcode like you describe above.

But the results are unexpected. It is not using the Contact Form 7 form, it is displaying the 9 default fields of the plugin.

Please help me understand how to use Contact Form 7 so that I can organize the fields and the order they display as well as only display the fields I want to collect data for.

    Thanks!
