Contact Form 7 integration and WPML

    Hi,

    I have a bilingual website (English and French) running WPML and Contact Form 7. Contact forms are translated with WPML advanced translation editor (https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/using-contact-form-7-with-wpml/).

    I just just installed the free version of MC4WP to use the integration feature with Contact form 7. We are running two different mailing list, one for each language. In the integration panel of MC4WP, I see only one occurrence of the integration with Contact Form 7. So it’s working great with the main language (English). How can we add a translation of the Checkbox label text for the French and target a different list dedicated to our french customers.

    I would be okay to buy the Premium version if I know that it will fix my issue.
