    Thank you for contacting us. I appreciate the feedback, but this definitely seems like more of a support issue than a review. I’m not sure that leaving a one-star review to get a support question answered is a good or allowed tactic.

    It sounds like you just need to deactivate and reactivate our plugin and/or any setting related to the contact form.

    That being said, would you be able to provide more specifics on the issue? Are you trying to make use of the “Product Inquiry Form” feature available in our premium version? If so, then please contact us by email or our site (https://www.etoilewebdesign.com), so we can help you get that resolved, as discussion of the premium features/version is not allowed here in these forums (https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).

    Hi Rahul,

    Sorry about my confusing response. I somehow thought you were referring to our Ultimate Product Catalog plugin (which is why I mentioned the product inquiry form).

    That being said, would you be able to please provide me with the exact error you’re getting? We don’t make use of Contact Form 7 in this plugin, but, if there is an issue between that plugin and ours, we’d love to get to the bottom of it.
