Contact Form 7 Mailchimp Extension

I’m trying to use the Contact Form 7 Mailchimp Extension (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/)

…And I’m not quite sure how it works and how to get them integrated. Ironically, the support website expired two days ago, so I can’t access any of the help files. LOL
