Contact form 7 messages not working

Hi, i’ve installed the plugin, i set everything good and it worked, but with the conditional field in the form ‘messages’ from it doesn’t shows up, for example when the form is submitted successfully nothing comes out, i’m talking of “The sender’s message has been sent successfully”, any solutions?
