Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms Not Working

I am using Contact Form 7 Multi-Step Forms with 3 step form link below for Mobile view

https://mobilewebsiteroi.com/newtheme/contact-step-form-03/I have added all field as mentioned by the plugin developer in contact form as well added the contact form short code in 3 different page.
The first 2 forms are getting filled fine & proceeding to the next page but when I click on Next button on the second page, The 3rd pages shows error in the form as in “Please fill out the form on the previous page”. Even I have submitted all the field carefully and added the code [hidden step “1-3”] [hidden step “2-3”] [hidden step “3-3”] in form 1, form2 and form 3.
Also some time the form get’s submitted as well successfully but when I check the email with the fields received, only the 3rd form fields are appearing in the email. The first 2 form fields are showing as in the shortcode as I have added in the contact form.
